Here's a photo of one on a Polo (thanks to G-VW-PGTI)

It looks awesome. I have a black badge too, but mine is Candy White, still would look hot.

But yeah, without a group buy its about $270 shipped which is alot of money for a piece of plastic...

I am definitely interested in any group buy. Wonder if anyone else stocks them or if they are available elsewhere?

is the cupra r available in south africa. maybe this is the reason it was so much cheaper. If the cupra r came to australia, the front lip would be a lot cheaper for us too. Thet seem to be between $80-$90 AUD to buy, then $200 AUD shipping..... just not viable at that price.

^^ This was referring to e-bay. That's about the only place we can get them from according to my searches.

Hey Rhys, how is it so expensive?? Is there extra costs once it gets to Australia?? I'm about 2 clicks from buying it. $75+postage is a bargain to me...

As I said lads, about $200 AUD postage. I went down that same path until I got to the postage page, and had the same reaction.

It's that expensive because of the size of it. It may be very light but because of the size, it's considered an inconvenient package. Same reason as why Aust Post won't send large parcels such as this, which will become an issue if a group buy takes place.

We really need to organise a group buy in each state so we can work out some sort of distribution that way, along with keeping overall costs down.

If so... that could be 3 from here... maybe for once we wont have horrendous shipping costs... *fingers crossed*

Yes, this one is painfull from all angles, thats why i was hoping some brave soul would swoop in and save the day!

Think best option is going to be to buy in sets of 5, assuming they will reply to further communications...

Does anyone have more pics of the lip on a polo, possibly in an angled shot or side profile?
