Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

i didnt do it my friend did it for me, he said use fibreglass as its just to build the shape as when u cut the slatts out it leaves holes. Filler wont do on it on its own it just smooths it off! then painted in a booth and a good few coats of laqure!Originally posted by xtturbo View PostI'll be doing this very shortly! Any tips chris? How did the fibreglass go with the sides? How did you get it to stick? Why not just use bog? What did you paint the grill with?
