I'll be doing this very shortly! My car is also white Hopefully I'll be the first person in Victoria with my forge intercooler proudly showing I've decided to go without the logo though.

Big thanx to Whubbsie for providing me with a spare grill to modify for the procedure!!!

Any tips chris? How did the fibreglass go with the sides? How did you get it to stick? Why not just use bog? What did you paint the grill with?

i didnt do it my friend did it for me, he said use fibreglass as its just to build the shape as when u cut the slatts out it leaves holes. Filler wont do on it on its own it just smooths it off! then painted in a booth and a good few coats of laqure!
