Yeah it would have been easier but thats life cause everyone has different priorities at differing times so gotta cater for everyone right? LOL
Would've been hogging up the whole table at the local post office trying to package and send them out to everyone though.

Don't worry Mike, you're not missing anything here. Its not related to the intake in any way, shape or form. The lip we're referring to was for the front bar for styling purposes.

awsome, thaught you guys might be refering to that gap thats on the oem connecter on the front grill , and the "lip" was someones invention to push air into the seat intake. damn i have a good imagination sometimes lol

LOL I kinda had an idea that you were worried that Joe and I were referring to that gap hence my explanation that the lip had nothing to do with the intake kit.

Seems a lot of people are running intakes to the airbox, fairly keen but has anyone here got an air filter/pod with a heatshield and ducting to the pod.

I understand the disadvantages of having an exposed pod in the engine bay but I had a fairly exposed pod in my silvia for ages and it still beat the hell out of the stock airbox+hks panel with custom intake....although the pod in the s13 is relatively further from the engine.

there are a few people with pods, i personally went the seat/k and n combo.
if you are interested heres a link for a heat shield pod setup i was even seriously thinking this option myself.

Once at least 4 are confirmed, then the order will go ahead. I'm still waiting for more to be interested so that the single order can take place rather than ordering only the minimal amount and then other have to wait til another group is interested.
