No place to get a good cold air "forced" feed in is the problem with that!

I was thinking along those lines. What about the S2000 bonnets with the air scoops? I'd love to see something like that. Not only does it look cool it has a function.

Something like this maybe (but without the graphics - they make it stand out too much)

Of course... has anyone actually measure the inlet path to see where the restrictions are?

which is exactly why wanted to try 206 GTI bonnet scoops over the airbox feeding cold air to a pod.

It still is something somebody may want to try .......

You do know the bonnet scoop on a Peugeot serve no purpose whatsoever (my last car was a 206 GTi). Great idea to have it...if it went to an intake, but it doesn't. The air goes in and straight behind the engine on the left hand side, cooling nothing. If hooked up properly to a Polo GTI's intake, it would have an awesome affect.

We did all the measurements some two years ago, the diameter of the piping leading into the airbox was something like 69% of the size of the Mass Air Meter, so just to balance that out is the first basic step.

Guy are you meaning the inlet to the airbox or the standard hose.

Well the SEAT intake is a vast improvement over stock with respect to diameter. So maybe it will be re-inventing the wheel.

I'd be interested in battery relocation to balance out the weight distribution a bit more.

im likeing the idea of a bonnet scoop. however is there a way we can have the battery sit length ways or evan on an angle, instead of horizontally? that way maybe we could fitsomething along side of it..... also sway bars are probably available from alot of companies, as are the golfs sway bars, the reason, id like apr to offer them is that a/ they hav a test vehicle to test them on hence picking the best preforming ones without us doing the field work, b/ you can get a number of things done in one work shop instead of driving all over the country side. c/ they could also hopfully provide better pricing due to buying mass produce.also if anyone can offer awd solutions of any kind, or evan a quality (and tested ) lsd solution, that can show atleast resonable results, throw them at us.

Whiteline sway bars has got you covered there. These were developed for the previous Polo and everyone that has them installed think they're great. I think you can get Neuspeed sway bars as well for the Polo. Whiteline also do toe in adjustment kits as well.
In regards to LSDs I think Peloquin diffs is the way to go there. They are torque sensing(torsen) diffs which are a step up from a normal LSD and should offer considerably more grip and power to the ground. And with AWD you'ld be looking at serious dollars I would think and thats if there was a system that was suitable in the first place.
