I need to remove the OG radio/cd player (Eurovox 4680) to find serial number for code but it won't budge. Took it to a radio installer who used his tools and he couldn't get it out either. What next?

Ahhh, okay, thank you. I think the clips might be messed up so those silver tabs can't be pushed down to release it

How long in your tools push in, if you can reach further where the hook is you might get lucky.

I ended up forcing it out with flathead screwdrivers. The clips were quite bent but fixable. Thank you.Comment
