someone made a rear beam bush stiffener. The standard bush has big voids in it so you leaves the stock bush in but slide that thing in as a wedge to fill the void. Is that what you mean?

did you see my PM about wheels? scroll down past the picture of the mini and there's a question for you. Basically should I get +43 or +35 offset. +35 is probably smarter, but +43 is cheaper...

these are the rear LCA bushes. Offset and I think a harder duro than others that they do.

do the dogbone bush for sure too. helps with engine slop of which there is lots

? - that last digit makes all the difference...
check this out - suspension geometry simulator - it's pretty clever, I don't know what any of the correct values are (one of you might know some off the top of your head, but I'll measure at some point)

SPF3273-80K for the rear LCA are the ones you want fitted with the offset set to the outside for the extra caster.
If you don't want to rebush the rear beam ie cutting out the old ones and fitting whole new ones, then these things will improve the rear beam. There is a guy on here who fitted them and he said he felt an improvement. But fitting entire new poly bushes would be better I think since what ever you have in there will be OLD and pretty flogged to begin with. Its a bit of a job, brake hard lines have to be separated and the whole beam which is heavy has to be extracted from the car. Personally I wouldn't use superpros two piece rear beam bushes. There is so much torque on the bushes from the rear beam. A one piece like the one gav suggested is the way to go methinks: Powerflex - Performance Polyurethane Bushes

my suspension & fabrication guru and I were under it yesterday - having a look at what we can do with an adjustable rear stiffener, caster etc. etc. I need to draw some parts to cut out for the rear bar.
The plasma cutter next door has been delivered, he's cut some really nice bits, but then started having trouble with tips. I'm sure he'll figure it out... but unfortunately he didn't need any help from me...

I've got kmac adjustable strut tops on my car. They are camber and castor adjustable. They do the job nicely and didn't require stuffing about reverse engineering other parts. Install, set, drive. Anti-lift kit is also a good buy.
I've got a wavetrac LSD. It feels at it's best on the street. I makes the car feel a bit better on track, a bit more complete package but really hasn't translated to lap times. Unless it's the last thing on your list, for $3k ($1600 for diff, $1400 in labour and parts), it's not value for money. Hillclimbs and autocross is perhaps a different arguement though I'm yet to do one.Track Car: 06 Polo GTI Red Devil mkII
