They might look shallow, but they grip like crazy. My car is still new so I've not yet had any take away food inside, but I don't see it having a problem holding a maccas's drink. I used it for the first time today with a can -- it fit so snug, I was amazed.

The dash cup holder from what people have said on these forums are that they're weak and crap. In fact, when I picked my car up, the guy who ran through all the features of the car told me that they /were/ crap but that mine had been changed to the newer one and is much better.

I've used it a couple of times to hold a bottle of water and new passengers always seem drawn to it like a moth to a flame and subsequently give it a push and play around with it. Haven't yet had a problem with it and it does indeed feel rather solid and not flimsy at all. So yeah .....

I know what you are saying about passengers and that dash cup holder...My mates have taken to calling it the "Turbo Cup holder"!!...Mind you, along with myself, my mates are pretty simple!!!

yep, the door trim is the icing on the cake. it completes the interior.

people absolutely love the cup holder in the dash. i've never had problems with it or the other cup holders. but people can only bring water inside my car. no coke, no food - that goes in the boot. if people don't like it, they can walk. yeah it's a tough rule, but then whenever someone gets into my car it's like "wow your car still looks brand new". damn right, there's a reason for that!

              100% agree

Yesterday a mate wanted Hungry Jacks. I'm like, yep no worries, we'll eat there. He's like, nah I wanna bring it back to eat. I told him no and goes, are you kidding? No I'm not... sorry. He was a little upset after that.

soon as i get it swapping the b pillar adding the cubby and the intake then it's going in for tint, then chipping, then to my mechanic to swap the brake pads and fluid. Would Love that done all in the one day.

And if someone tells me,sway bars, lowering it and spacers won't void my warranty I'll do that too.

                      Spacers will probably void insurance.
