Rattle sound 2015 Polo GTI

So I drove my car this morning and have now noticed a huge scratch on one of the rims. It defiantly wasn't me... Anyone have any suggestions??

I had a similar experience at North Shore VW when I had my Polo. I put my car in to have them locate and fix a rattle from the interior and they put over 50 kilometres on it and returned the car to me with a completely empty fuel tank. They scratched one of my wheels when I gave it to them once and also scraped the front lip. They made it up to me by giving me 50% off my next service and capped-price servicing for the life of my car (my Polo was purchased before VW introduced capped-price servicing). I found the service in general to be quite poor at North Shore VW. I have my new car serviced at McCarrolls VW at Waitara and the customer service is outstanding. If it's not too far out of the way, I recommend you go there instead.

Thanks for the advice about McCarrolls at Waitara. I might try them next time when I am due for a service. I tend to agree about North Shore, I have never been impressed with their service from day one. The amount of cars that they churn through there a day, the service doesn't feel to personal.

As for the scrape on the rim, I took it straight back to them this morning. I initially complained to one of their "consultants" who I could tell was trying to blow me off and telling me how one of my other rims had a scratch as much as to say it must of been me. I eventually was able to speak to the manager who was very helpful and he agreed to fixing the rim and replacing the tyre which was also damaged and giving me a loan car for the day too, so that ended on a positive : )
