No because they were unsure of what they would be doing. Like didnt do plugs because of K's or DSG Am not unhappy with the price but I dont like being given addons without being given the option of accepting them.

Have sorted it with service manager anyway and he agrees I should have been told that VW have reinstated the additive as part of the service.
