That would almost gaurantee a summer release in Australia phew I have a little more time before getting the Focus ST! (as the facelift model is due to debut at the Geneva auto show).

Interesting - the other article from Autocar doesn't make any mention about any 4 cylinders besides the 1.4L...
I must be the only one who's surprised they've put in any effort to update the Polo, especially considering VW has been quickly shifting models onto the new MQB platform. The A1 and Polo must be sticking around for a little while yet then.

If it comes with a manual, 1.8TFSI and 5 doors I WILL buy 1 ..... if not, then no .....
