Places to get vagcom mod done?

Just installed RCD510 and need to disable the no touchscreen error so I can use bluetooth without touch adapter:

I was going to buy the cable and software untill i found out it was $299! Cost more than the stereo.

Only need this one change, anyone in sydney who can do for cheap? or even a good samaritan?

I know there is a Sticky Thread about it on here but is this what this thread about... or am I totally off track?

Has anyone done the Sat Nav upgrade and do you retain all the same functions, phone, MDI etc?

Thanks Hillbilly... can you add the rear view camera too? Sooo confused by the add on Module beside the Headunit that connects to the phone, so I am just like a sponge atm.

Cheers again Hillbilly... sounds like you could be a source of very good information. Would like to get the Sat Nav and Rear Camera but have no idea what I will need to buy to make it work. Presume it is all pretty much plug and play and the wiring will accept the additional hardware.

Good at fitting stuff if I know what needs to be done but want a factory install.

Might have to wait until the fast bits get fitted first, thankfully that is sorted already.

Sorry for short answers Have lots of stitches in Left hand so one finger typing for a week or so Kamold or Steve J or RyanR are the gurus Read the stickies in audio forum

car is 4 months (15 wks so they say) away... so no rush... will live with what I have for a bit and it will all come easy later anyway!

as for one finger typing... you do know you have four fingers and a thumb on each hand? lol
