Yep and it does come in white and manual (well it did when I bought mine in 2011)

Gloss white (not metallic or pearlescent) with a 6 speed manual 'box

Oh and Kesh, if you want to lean how to drive a manual, the Polo is one of the easiest to drive. The clutch is beautifully smooth, it's hard to get it in the wrong gear a it's just so forgiving.
I learned how to drive it last year on some dirt roads around my house and now I'm better than my sister!

If you can find one that's the right price, don't hesitate. You won't regret it.

I kinda know how to drive a manual, I drove a few times in India, and the cars are just a tiny bit less refined than their German counterparts

What do you mean? Nothing worse than wanting to slip into a gap in traffic, but having the stupid car drag it's arse for 2.5 seconds as you're franticly trying to take off haha

Mine is much nicer to drive with it disabled.

Hmmm, that's weird. Yeah, mine seems to be a fixed 2.5 - 3 seconds. Pain in the arse if you're actually capable of driving a manual haha
