I purchased same car (My13) in Brisbane last month with reverse sensors $29,900 drive away. Prices are down. I know someone else who got a My12.5 silver for $29.5 drive away same month. So sounds a bit high to me unless on roads inTas are grossly different.

Or just grab one online there's quite a few very lightly used ones. Let someone else take the depreciation hit, thats what I did

They changed pisons and rings on the cave engine my12.5 gti's in a effort to subdue the oil usage. I wouldn't be so sure. there talking turbo only but that's not true as there still twin charged according to the brochure. Either way its just internal changes. Mine has used a little oil but I haven't had to top up yet. Just ordered mine original price for a my13 vw polo gti, candy white, 5 door, mats and headlight protectors was $34,000. We were able to get it down to $31,600.
