The rear isn't bad with rubbing, the front where the front bumper joins the quarter panel is where the majority of it happens. Below is a photo of poke - not too much really!

I've almost removed any poke I had previously, front and rear. Whilst it looked great I got tired of the front rubbing when hitting those highway dips.sigpic
