  • The shortest lived life of any Polo

6km's on the clock, and already at a salvage auction; it might be good for parts depending on the cost.

And another with 23km's and a comfort pack Vehicle Detail - Pickles Auctions Australia

And for those wanting to get a GTI interior for their TSI or TDI http://www.pickles.com.au/damaged/it...back/502211801

Why would the insurance company write off a brand new car with a ding in the door and the roof? Odd.

they must think the re-sale value is worth more than getting it fixed will cost... but yeah, seems a little odd.

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.

30,000km already... perhaps a test mule or press car, hardest 30,000kms possible. Probably a good way to finish an abused life if for press use, lol.

That GTI would almost be worth buying if it goes under $10,000 and repairing it, it's deemed a repairable write off, better than a 2 year wait maybe...

That's a disgrace to see that poor GTI like that...however sent an email off for the boot lid, pedals and steering wheel...however i may back out of the steering wheel since it has been deployed :/

You will have to get a new airbag and clear any codes out of the memory of the wheel because of being deployed....

The list price of the repair parts on the quote exceeded 11k, no labor or paint, so that would be a GTI that cost you ~ 33k & forever have a marked VIN number.
