One of the guys in the office showed me a couple of pics yesterday of that exact car and I said the same thing, black no good on the polo stock wheels. I'll stick with millennium grey metallic, like my previous picks from the uk. Charcoal sets the car off and blends away, it accentuates the brake calipers and lines of the car, black, especially gloss, is too detracting on the taughtness of the body surfacing.sigpic

Nice look. For some reason the 18's look too big... Even with the drop. I think its because there is no scale to the photos (no car next to it to compare)
Now I dont want to have a go but KU19's are pretty cheap tyres, fora few extra pennies the Ku31's get good reviews (for their price).
What suspension is it on? How do you find the 35 profile? Any idea on the weight of each rim?Comment

I agree with noone, I have the KU31 on the golf currently and for the price, I reckon they are a great tyre and not that much more, considering you already spent $3k
