Correct.. and as above.. I'm pretty sure Perth is the fastest in terms of docking to delivery. The wait in Melbourne will probably be longer.

Also, I won't take any of the Perth bashing to heart. I know jealousy can be an ugly thing.

Nah frostee, it just means it's been scanned off the boat. On the tracking website, when the status is "delivered from" it means it's at the dealership

I was so annoyed that when I left work las night at 4:50 the morning carol wasn't on screen when it was due in fremantle at 5.15. Then I realised, 3 hour time difference!

By the way it looks like I have sold the MINI. Talk about perfect timing. Have provided all details to the Buyers Finance Company and Buyer had to pay for an inspection that was done this morning to check over the vehicle to make sure rego, VIN, engine no. etc. all checked out. Given the Buyer has made a Financial commitment by doing this and that their Finance Company has been in direct contact with me, I'd say its pretty much a done deal. Didn't get as much as I'd hoped (Isn't that always the case when selling anything!), but have got $2.5K over the trade-in value so I'm happy.

Hey, by the way I've been on another forum and there's a guy there who recently took delivery of a Polo GTI. He reckons there's no privacy glas on his, normal glass all around. My Dealer was uncertain so I guess we'll just have to see when the cars turn up.

Yeah, interesting about the privacy glass. I thought that the 5dr would have it, still not 100% sure if the 3dr does???? Just have to wait and see. Does anyone have a 3dr Polo GTI? maybe they can shed some light?

I have a photo if a 3 door on the nerd box at work and it indeed has privacy glass on the rear windows but hey, you can decide when the car gets here in 5 days!!!

Sorry Gladiator, that's the Tom Tom Go 1050 AUSTRALIA, the one I have is the Tom Tom Go 1050 WORLD and there is a price difference because it has maps of Europe, USA, Australia & NZ, Eastern Europe etc. The RRP is $556, JB sells for $449 they are having a 20% sale at the moment so thats $359, so I actually saved $59
