Tracking Progress on your Polo and Polo GTI

Waiting for my VIN to show on the tracking page is killing me! It's supposed to be loaded on to a ship today (euro time) so could be happening right now!

I'm aware tracking info may not update until a few days after the ship leaves though =[.

In the meantime I shall continue to refresh.

VIN hasn't yet turned up on the tracking site, but really do suspect we'll be on the same ship. Will check again tonight and over the weekend. Fingers crossed for both of us.

Managed to get a NADCON screendump from another salesman as my guy has been away this week. The freakin thing is still stuck at "Handover To Production" this was at 2/03/2011. I would've thought that it would be at least at "Hand over To Sales". All I can hope for is that the next refresh will see it at "Exit Production" and on its way to the bloody port terminal....this is driving me insane

I just checked the schedules and there wasn't even a boat leaving on the 17th.
There was one today (18th) but it's route doesn't look right and it's very slow.
I think the most likely ship they will be on is the DON PASQUALE which leaves on the 19th.
Gets to Freo on the 25/4 and to Melbourne on the 30/4.

Haven't got the NADCON print out but from what my dealer's been updating me with over the past month, looks like my GTI is coming over on the second shipment scheduled to arrive at the dealer in late september.

Frostee, I am hoping so, so far all our milestones are identical so I'd say it's a fair bet they are rolling down the line together!

Gambit, spec is white 5 door, Xenons, comfort pack, audio pack with MDI. I'm sooooo tired of waiting for it to get on that boat.

Hey frostee, with yours, you didn't get a real update on the whole start body, finish body, start paint, finish paint, final assembly etc until you got your VIN did you? So for all we know, Monday-Wednesday might bring Gti Joe and I our Vins did you check if yours is on the boat yet?

Asked for the NADCON screenshots the other day, haven't heard a reply. Think I'll just trust the dealer on that it's arriving in September since a lot of other people's are arriving around there. What upgrades are you planning to get?
