What have you done with your Polo so far (and today)
however, the problem with my15 polo gti , the mid and top range power really need a tweak. It's so weak

That's because it's de-tuned to 250Nm so the DSG takes slightly longer to self-combust... ahem, seriously though there's a big difference between the manual's 320Nm and the DSG's 250Nm.
Personal preference but I really don't like the vw auto transmission but the manual wow what a slick shift it is and I love on my polo gti that I can change gears while my arm is on the arm rest

So do I ..... then I get back in our mk7 Golf and much prefer its much higher shift placement ... just like it eats my Polo for handling, steering & grip, especially in the wet & over poor roads
Installed LED fogs as I couldn't stand the orange lights that came on when turning and body colour matched the emblems deep pearl black. GTI grille badge plastidipped

Nice job, how did you remove the plastic to get to the lights?

Used the little ring tool in the boot. Start from the side towards the centre of the where you'll notice a slit, just look under it you'll see a point where you could insert it and pull it off.

Thats only stage one though.
Milteck will also be releasing a full system very soon so stage two will be the one I'm waiting for.
