What have you done with your Polo so far (and today)

Tune is awesome, I have had it on for over a year now, but had it reflashed after an ecu update from the dealer wiped it, soo glad to have it back! I picked up the badge from Canberra VW centre when I had the reflash, you can get them through the APR website or their dealers, all you need to do is let them know you want a badge as well. I'm also loving the HP CAI, makes a huge difference to torque and power delivery!

So today I got the ultra gauge and set that up.. I was happy ... Then I went to get my tyres quoted cause my fronts are bold ... So when I left 2hours later .... 4 new tyres and rims will see them on the 26th

Had my Weitec Hicon GT's installed today. Although I asked for an even drop the guys at a Pedders didn't do it but told me to let the springs settle and when I come back for my 1000km checkup we'll drop it evenly then.

Overall I'm very happy with the look and especially the handling and driving experience. No rubbing or scrubbing, car really sticks to the road and has a lot less body roll. Best of all the ride really isn't a lot stiffer than stock.

Xenon headlights fitted and working.
Adjusted on a white wall and the throw and spread looked fine.



I'll try and get some better pictures today.
The only issue is the indicators on the dash are in hyper flash, however on the outside they are working correctly.
I have ordered some can-bus error free SMD indicators to hopefully fix this issue.

I'll try and get some more pictures.

Only a load resistor will stop the error. The car requires the correct load otherwise it throws up a error.

The original bulb is a PSY24W Philips halogen/filament bulb which if wired correctly will work without any problems.

If you are using the stock bulb and it's throwing up an error I would recheck your wiring.

$750 AUS landed. They are copies of the originals obviously.

Not plug and play as I'm sure everyone is aware of. Thanks to FJsteve for the circuit wiring diagram I was able to find the correct pinouts required. Now just working on fixing the hyper flash and they will be apples.

Sure I'd rather not have to keep an oil top up in there, but this at least makes it look smart and the Velcro keeps it in place better too.
