 Just took these for a workout this evening, wow. There is a couple of corners specifically that would always trigger traction control or if off, just torch the dunlops. With these, even in damp conditions, they just gripped and went. Even more impressive is that the second corner is a hairpin, exit is uphill, turning left and filled with corrugations. Good choice? $567 fitted and balanced no I haven't had re002 before but by all reports it smashes pretty much any of the other ultimate road/semi slick tyres on wet weather performance and also has much lower wear, better steering response and feedback no I haven't had re002 before but by all reports it smashes pretty much any of the other ultimate road/semi slick tyres on wet weather performance and also has much lower wear, better steering response and feedback

 Steering response is also quicker and slightly more responsive, that being said I still haven't driven on a fully dry road yet with them.sigpic

 Only mods planned are RCD510, pedals, oil/coolant caps, new headlight bulbs, and maybe bonnet struts.

 It's the missus' car anyway, I'm keeping the R322006 MkV 2.0TDI -> 2005 MkV GTI -> 2008 MkV R32 -> 2013 Polo 77TSI + 2016 Mk7 Golf R Wagon

 Prefer the 20th century fox theme, especially for special EFX bodyworks
