2010 Polo Drive Away Prices. Share what you ended up paying.

Hey just on pricing of polo's. Went had a look at the A1 like a week back, and the sales guy told me that Audi for the A1 will GIVE YOU (read free) the servicing for the warrenty period as well as the road side asist you get with the polo's warrenty. Might be something to bring up when asking for the drive away price/deal on your polo,GTI or other. might get to sneak in a good deal like Hails got but might get free servicing instead of the capped. MAYBE.

Meh if not VW and Audi are the same brand both are partners in crime muhahaha Das is Bandit! so they will have like a fall back position that seems psychologically valuable to us but in realism they are making a **** load of money from it regardless (this is any make/build of car regardless of brand) Every Car company as a Psychological marketing tool so they can suck us all in.


But this is the nature of marketing world wide from cars to clothes to DVDs.

Second time I have posted this today - lol

Just bought a new 3 door White Polo GTI. Will get it early Jan. Dealers do have some cars in stock or just about to arrive. Barloworld had a about 3 cars there or close to delivery. The dealer threw in the stereo upgrade for nothing (as well as a reasonable overall discount) as apparently most dealers have stock of these units on the shelf. Maybe worth trying this rather than getting it factory fitted for $700.

I have to say, the 3 door GTI does look better than the flesh than the 5 door.

Took a friend down to sutherland Vw and they had a 3 door white there as well (200km on the clock)

Agreed. Don't let these dealers take you on a ride about how difficult it is to get a car and how they are in big demand. Most dealers will have something in stock or coming in shortly. It is only gets complicated if you want certain specifications/options. Then you have to wait for VW to produce the batch with the same specs.

Has anyone got any recent prices on 77 TSI DSG comfort/sports/audio in Perth..wondering how this now compares to GTI /comfort/audio (~34k)?

I got something quite similar for $26400 in NSW. Might be a more in WA as stamp duty is higher I think.

When was yours ordered? I'd be interested to find out due to what VW head ffice has been saying in regards to factory scheduling for RHD polos.....

I ordered mine towards the end of November. Gotta say I was extremely lucky. Wasn't after any optional extras so that made it easy. TBH I think the leather would ruin the GTI theme and Holden has successfully ruined the LED DRLs for me. The solution to the comfort pack is just a functioning right hand. But each to their own.

Well, I wasn't going to put down a deposit on something like "it's probably going to get here by end of July". Especially with new swift, and Fiesta ST due around that time and for a much cheaper price. The POG is a superior car but few thousand dollars cash is also superior to being broke. Good luck mate, candy white looks sexy in the European pictures, push your dealer.

I visted sutherland Vw today & had a test drive of that 3 door white GTi, now near 400km. They offered it to me, even asking me what price I would pay for it. They said they are getting a black 5 door in the next week or 2

That seems rather expensive. The three door I was offered with Audio (dealer fit) was $30500.
