It clearly mentions the exclusion of demos in the VW terms, it's the dealers fault for leading you on there and i would definitely milk anything you can from them to compensate you.. ask for at least 2 free service vouchers or something!

Yea I should have read the T and C but they certainly did lead me on... Im trying to milk for what I can get but its hard as contract is done!

After a good deal on my Polo GTI, I sent along my mate who bought a Golf GTI from them, mentioning my name. Both he and I have followed up twice - "Yes, we'll have to get on to that".

It might be 1.2k value to us but only a few hours apprentice labour plus a few bottles of oil and filters to them. Pretty easy for them to make good.

Which many dealers offer anyway. On collection of my Polo it had a full tank of fuel and that was not even mentioned or a sweetener to buy the car.... let alone to correct deceptive actions of a salesman...

That's bull****! I would brake out of the contract on the terms that you were falsely lead to buy the car with free servicing...or ask to get some free alloys put on from their fine rip off range.

Yea I don't want to get into the position of me losing my deposit... I keep pushing my case but I feel like my hands are tied... The due date for handing over keys is soon.. I guess I can email VAG.. But I heard they don't care a whole lot!

He's just been saying excuses like how he's been on holidays and the manager has mis informed him, saying he can't do anything, all papers are signed...

I got mine (flash red) polo gti for 31500 drive away with the bixenons.. Thats the lowest they would go, i tried pushing them another 1k, but they wouldnt nudge

Picked up my Pepper Grey 77TSI manual yesterday with RCD510 and floor mats with 3 years free VW servicing for $21,515. I think you are essentially just prepaying your servicing so not really a cost reduction in my case, happy none the less
