Hello all,
Just got delivery of a white polo GTi with xenon and sunroof. Loving it so far. Has had Mitch from Immaculate Reflections apply paint protection to it and it now looks fantastic! Got it for $34305 with a $6000 trade-in of my 6 year old Camry from Camberwell VW

Nice work, you know there are genuine GTI child seats available from Vw which would look quite nice with their matching tartan

Do you kmow much about these Gavs? I couldn't find one on the VW Australia site & the dealer didn't know about them when I picked my Polo up.

I've seen them on the UK site but not sure if they would pass our regulations?

Great car to drive, loving it. Waiting for my bluetooth adapter to arrive and thinking about a RNS510.
One small issue, my tyre pressure warning came on 4,5 times already in the past week. Checked it at the gas station, only dropped 3psi, anyone had the same problem before?

Did you reset the tyre pressure monitor after checking the pressure? Not sure where it is on the Polo, but it's a button under the handbrake in the Fabia.

Lol I never knew you had to reset the tyre pressure monitor when you check them. So much tech in my car! Sooo used to having the Commodore which was a dinosaur!

Picked it up this afternoon, and within 45 mins had the custom plates on - I reckon they make a huge difference to the appearance.

Managed 200kms of excited driving in one afternoon. Got to let the engine settle in and see if there are any probs, then it's time for a tune

Also of interest I noticed the latest batch of MY13's to WA seem to all have the Bridgestone Potenza's instead of the Dunlops. Very grippy tire, quite pleased as I've never been a fan of Dunlops.

Congrats on the new GTI, I'm sure you'll love it! Haha, the Candy White domination continues. And you're right, the plates complement the car very nicely too.

My GTI was delivered 17/1 in Melbourne and was also shod with the Potenzas. Makes me wonder if anyone has taken delivery of a Dunlop-shod GTI this year?
