Air vent "fin" detached - how to fix?

Long story short, one of the vertical directional fins in my centre air vent has come off the pin on one end. (See photo.) Is there a way to remove the vent without taking the entire console out so I can reattach it?

Hi, have you had a look at the workshop manual (e.g. Volkswagen Workshop Manuals > Polo Mk5 > Heating, ventilation, air conditioning system > Heating, air conditioning > Heating > Repairing heating system > Removing vents > Removing centre vents) ? It looks like the centre vents unclip from the console, however from the image it looks like you have to take out the bits below it first (radio?). I've taken a screenshot but can't seem to find the button to upload images!
