  • acitve info display help

Hi, I have a 2015 model passat highline car. I am going to make ambiance lighting and 320km / h features like I read on this forum. But it is not because the active info display version is old. is it possible to update? I'm waiting for your help. Thank you.

I changed to the Arteon 320kmhr display no problem but mine is built January 2017, maybe only way is to get active display from a newer car.

As I understand the 320km speedo was introduced in 2017 so a earlier AID may not have it in

Wanting a display to be changed to show a speed it'll never achieve.

Like the Arteon or Golf R ever will...

I do prefer the graphic display and use it on my Alltrack, so I can delude myself too

No they won't, but I was more laughing at the whole point of changing to something that'll never be used. Never mind.

My Alltrack can do 320km/h too. Just need a deep enough mineshaft....

Nope i have looked at the aerodynamic coefficients for the Alltrack and the best Terminal Velocity would be circa 200 kph.

I'm pretty sure Micky was using the "
                        Arteon 320kmhr display
" as a descriptor. I don't think he thought the car would do 320kph, just like I don't think he thought his Passat would suddenly turn into an Arteon.

Exactly, it was refference of knowing which format i was on for the far nicer graphics of the clocks.

Can someone post a comparison? Even though I was being sarcastic about the change, it'd be nice to see. If it's nicer I may do it too, and buy some rocket boosters for the face exhaust tips? lol
