Hi all,
Had the car at the auto electricians yesterday as it was just dying randomly.
Scan showed a fuel pump controller module with an error to the pump and back to the ECU.
Shop said a new controller was approx $500 but the existing one was showing signs of corrosion which they suggested could be cleaned and tried before replacing.
After cleaning the corrosion scan showed still showed an error to the ECU but not to the pump.
Anyway, got the car back yesterday afternoon and sure enough it died again however, more than it did previously.
I've been searching through the forums trying to find out if there is an OEM version or can i replace with one from a wreckers.
Any advice is much appreciated.
