Passat TDI running cold any ideas

Well two reasons im not happy
1 Ive wasted $$50 on something I dont need if no 2 was done properly
2 I spent $1500 for the dealer to do it properly.

Hopefully it has cured it

My TDI is getting up to temp slowly but did notice the temp gauge dropping then going back up... seems better then it was a few weeks ago but because i rarely drive it cant recall how long does it take to get to 90 deg c?

Take top off overflow bottle after a drive, seemed to fix mine so far
