It appears there is a spot in the tailgate door for a safety triangle but it appears there isn't one in there. Does anyone know if they came with the car? Anyone know the part number?

B6 and B7 triangle holders are different. Ive tried puting a B7 triangle and case into a B6 and it didnt fit. Although, I didnt try the triangle not in the plastic case.2008 Passat Wagon - 125 TDI - Black on Black - All stock, for now!Comment

Used my brother in laws triangle on a Serbian highway in 2012, always use to say what's the point , but when I needed it, I had one.

VGA started ommiting them from Australian-delivered cars a few years ago, presumably to keep the build cost down.
