intercooler

Hi guys I am trying to find out if this intercooler will fit on my passat Wagon I asked but they couldn't help me.

i highly doubt that it would fit being golf unit.

I'd say the mounting location would have more to do with it than the engine itself.

Post up some details of your car, like year model and engine code, and we can go from there.

Actually, reading between the lines, I'm assuming you have a 3C Passat, which in both petrol and diesel, has a massive front mount to start with. It has virtually the same dimensions as the radiator, except about twice the thickness.

So unless yours is damaged to the point of leaking, or you're making a LOT more power than stock, there's really no need to change it.

I have 2008 passat tfsi 2.0 petrol. I got told it little front one near passenger side.

Nope, it's a massive front mount.

Cheers man didn't even know. But I am looking for new one due to wanting to go stage 2 apr so intercooler is needed

Best you seek the advice of APR, because the one you posted up is about half the size of the stock one.

i went stage 2+ with no front mount in brisbane temps no issue. that is a load of bollocks from apr trying to sell you a pricey intercooler.

apr hpfp, forge twintake, awe dp, custom catback. this was in a gti with BWA engine.
