Thanks for that Thought thats about what it was. How much was the locking mechanism

I hope you havent damaged the front badge that covers the Adaptive cruise control.

I got mine scratched a week after I bought the car and VW quoted $368 For just the clear plastic cover hopefully with the emblem included.

I got some cutter and buffed the scratches out for free.

i can't see part numbers for the sliding anchor points I have in my R36. I have four of them. Could be having a boys look!

When not in use the loop lies flat.

You can see one of them in this pic:

        All

I'm keen to be involved with a group buy - but I've never organised such a thing before and I have no ideas about how/where/when/who etc...

If any of the above members are able to do this, count me in!!

Hi Mate, yeah i never got around to purchasing those. They would be handy to fit my cargo net. Did you retrofit yours or did it come standard. I have these holes where the factory anchor points are but I recon with the right screw that I could refit the factory rings or whatever they are called.

I think the loop that you have in your image is a lashing eye - part number 4F9 863 539. I will order some of these when i get a replacement front badge.

Yeah, its cracked pretty bad. I looked up the part number in etka

            With Adaptive Cruise 3D0 853 601 F JZA 121.46 Euro
            Without Standard Cruise 1T0 853 601 E ULM 20.35 Euro

No amount of buffing will fix cracks bugger.

Also, ignore the locking mechanism, you don't need this as it is included in 3C9 863 463 P

I have also updated the product codes the additional codes in the part number that were omitted.

The cargo management system came standard on mine, and all the NZ cars I looked at. The Jap imports I looked at didn't have it as standard. Looks like different specs for different countries.

Mine didn't come with the sliding floor option. That would be useful for heavy items - load them on the sliding floor and push them hard up against the rear seats. I guess it locks in place some how so it doesn't move backwards and forwards when the car is in motion.

I see, you are in NZ. Appears that you guys in NZ get some cooler options. I purcahsed the sliding floor, it is quite useful and is always locked, you disengage the locking mechanism by squeezing the locking mechanism to slide it.

                      Damn, I want/need this mod!

Who's interested in a group buy option?

I'm gonna get one regardless of price, its just too good!

I'm certainly interested depending on what the outlay is. Otherwise I'll just get the cargo net. Boot is too big to put just a few things in the way these things are to be driven -)
