Sorry if the questions seem a bit, well, DUHH, but im guessing the DRLs replace the factory indicators? Will they also fit on regular 3C passats? Ive been working making a simmilar thing myself for mine but I prefer them!

Yes there is a discount but it's ****all, you'd lose more money shipping to people than you'd gain on the discount.

Ive been doing some messaging with the sellers too. I was thinking of buying one of those sets as well as another cheaper set. One set has 12 LED's and the other has 24. Was going to sell which ever one i didnt want for what i paid for it. Just thinking very seriously about it but i already have some down in the grill so i am wondering what to do!

Sorry to dig this up, what is reasonable for a 2010 MY10.5 wagon, trying to find one with low km's and sunroof, powered tailgate and adaptive cruise. Hard combination of options I know. Not too fussed on colour. Some sellers asking over 40k still..

Yeah there are some dreamers out there for sure.

Reasonable is what you are prepared to pay for the options you want. There aren't that many with that combination so be prepared to haggle, or wait for the right vehicle to come onto the market.

Adaptive cruise can be retrofitted, though its fairly involved, needs multiple parts and needs to be done by someone with experience.

I'd guess you're looking at high 30s at least.

To find one with adaptive cruise seems almost impossible, I don't think I saw a single one with it when I was looking. I wanted it too but it severely limits your chances of finding a car. Your other options won't be too bad to find, I have both of those and a lot of others. To compare, mine in excellent condition, full history, one owner just ticked over 75kms and I lowballed a bit and ended up paying under the 35k mark, which was a pretty huge bargain relative to the rest of the market. Especially given that save for Dynaudio which I can retrofit and active cruise/lane assist which I can't (If it is theoretically possible it must be very expensive and difficult) mine is top of the line. I think for a premium immaculate example you could expect to pay in the 35-40k bracket, but the people asking 40k or above tend to be dreamers especially as a lot of them are not well optioned.

Where did you find it? The only one on Carsales for 42k is in VIC, is damaged, and lacks options. Total rip off. There is one in QLD for 41k but it does not appear to have adaptive cruise or auto tailgate and is not an MY10.5, just MY10. Also overpriced.
