You're lucky My bank wont let me transfer that amount in one day. I keep it down so that a scammer cant clean me out if compromised.

As long as you get the car I guess it doesnt matter really.

I was told by a bank employee that it is possible to cancel a standard bank cheque. A bank cheque only guarantees that there are sufficient funds. The cheque can be cancelled like any other.

You need an irrevocable bank cheque to guarantee payment.

You can increase limit for a single day and if you have account details can transfer on the spot using a smartphone, donot do it on a pc at their place, you never know, and obviously you hold off payment till you check all the boxes.

        Fuel.
Signs of using it as a demo for other potential customers
If car is cool, checking radiator fluid, not just the reserve bottle.
If you are getting a tint done, make sure no upholstery has been damaged, no nicks or scratches.
Make sure the vents are clean and donot have debris, dry leaves etc.
Check undercarriage for dents etc if you can.
Check the toolkit etc. List goes on and on.\

These things are normally done as per routine, but you never know, I know of a case where they forgot to remove the suspension blocks at the dealer, so yeah ***t happens, all you can do is well make a checklist tick the boxes.

Also drink some water there before you leave, it will calm you down specially if its your first brand new car lol.

How would you tell that? Unless they let someone do a 100km ride?

Before the car gets to the dealer, ask what the KM expectation is (by email)... if your car is getting to and from the registry, to and from a tints place blah blah... there may be a need to put 30kms etc, but you are cross checking your expectation, and letting them know you will notice if it gets demoed...( and discourage it)...

Take a bright tight beamed torch and shine it across the panel gaps particularly the bumper thresholds (to make sure no panel stands proud) although they are covered in a film they can have a nudge loading onto a ship they pack em tight so there could be little nudges nose to tail... once you leave the lot ... "we don't know where you parked it". Sometimes it is not obvious one is proud until you get a shadowline from the sun... then you will never not see it

Shine the light into your instrument cluster to make sure there are no finger prints inside it, or cracks/crazes that will only light up when the sun is behind you... my passat had a long fine blond hair from the Fraulein that put it together (deep in the MFD)... it was invisible until the sun lit up over my shoulder down a particular road at a particular time...

Don't accept it unless it is perfect... then when you do enjoy it...
