RVC Stopped Working

Hi, I had a aftermarket Kufatec RVC system installed into my RNS510. Everything has been working fantastically for the past 2 months but the RVC display now won't work. The RNS display worked but where the camera image should be is black. I have sent an email to the installer but would welcome any feedback re the issue.

The camera display was top notch when it worked & better than others I had seen, particularly for dsiplay at night. Just seems odd for it to have died all of a sudden.

Either the camera module has failed, or something is loose. Check the multimedia connector that the camera plugs into the back of the RNS510 with. Its a 26-pin moulded connector that has a swing-arm locking mechanism. Unplug it and plug it back in again making sure that the locking arm goes all the way in.

i hate to say this but kufatec kits are notoriously unreliable.. sorry, i cannot offer any help other than check all cables and coding.

Kufatec gear is not reliable. In saying that they will replace what is broken
