Maybe a VR6 with an R36 motor in it? Or maybe an R36 with a VR6 motor in it (i don't know if you would bother doing that....)?

But it is a pretty cool number plate combination either way I'm going to the pub... I may be some time... I'm going to the pub... I may be some time...

The R36 does have a VR6 in itOriginally posted by Stephy View PostMaybe a VR6 with an R36 motor in it? Or maybe an R36 with a VR6 motor in it (i don't know if you would bother doing that....)?

It can work on a few levels.Originally posted by Rocket36 View PostWhat is a VR36 VW?

The Passat R36 is a VR6, so it could be VR*6VW.
 It could also be *R36VW.
Or it could just work on both levels. VR36VW.

A few styles available at $200 plate cost ande $90 per year

There are a few different Euro Styles available now at the 200 + 90 rateOriginally posted by Pana View Postis that for a Euro Style plate or just a personalised plate.

Reason I ask is I thought all the NSW euro style plates started with an N -like in Vic where they all start with a V...

Haven't used photobucket before so I hope this link works

Actually tried to reserve this plate but it was already taken. RTA said it was held in storage for some guy who lived in Canberra, was doing some work in Melbourne, was going overseas but now looks like moving back to Canberra and reserved it just in case he one day moves to NSW

Since this thread came up, I'll take the opportunity to ask a question I've been meaning to ask various owners with similarly-labeled plates for a while.... What is the appeal, for example, of adding further "R36" labeling on the number plate when the car is easily identified as an R36 and it has badges front and back stating the same?

Please note - not a knock to the OP or anyone else with such plates... just wondering =) Personally I find the Knowal plate quite amusing MY10 R36 Wagon Icelandic Grey MY10 R36 Wagon Icelandic Grey
