Mine looks like this and I think for $10 and with a usage rate of once per 10 years or so, I'm happy to chuck it out after every use. It's imported by Whites Wires (who seem reputable) and has the E in a circle mark on it.
I guess if it was something you know would be used regularly, then a 350% premium would be worth the spend, but you know how my mind works...... "Even a cheap crappy triangle is an improvement over what most people have in their cars."
Thanks Brad!!!MY18 VW Passat Alltrack Wolfsburg Edition + Panoramic Sunroof + some extra goodies... (Pure White)

I got my Bunnings special today. $10, and it meets European standards like Brads. The one I looked at in Super Nasty Auto was very dodgy.
However.
My own experience of highway emergencies has not been my own vehicle breaking down, but others involved in breakdowns or things like trees down over the road. A triangle is all well and good for making yours (or another persons car), but there is no way I am going to change a drivers side wheel without a high visibility vest. I keep a yellow one with reflective strips for night use in the draw under the passengers seat so that I can put it on before I get out of the car. It has saved my neck on more than one occasion.
PS: I keep gloves for refueling under the drivers seat. Diesel bowsers used by farmers are rank.

If you are not keen to keep the dodgy sticker on the car, rip it off.
Then any residule left can easily be removed by a little Eucaluptus Oil and a microfibre cloth.
Did mine last night, left to "air" overnight, no smell - good to go!!!
+1 for the Vest, mine is Orange though...
Brought back from Germany when I was there, it is mandatory to have in a vehicle over there and a lot of the EU.MY18 VW Passat Alltrack Wolfsburg Edition + Panoramic Sunroof + some extra goodies... (Pure White)
