How does a P plater from Macquarie Fields afford a R36 without being linked to an Outlaw gang..
Could've been mum's or dad's.. I sometimes take my 'rents car out even though it's much, much slower than mine and handles like the Titanic (and I WOULD know, ok?)
funny how they didn't chase the r8. too quick for them maybe? or supports an aussie brand?
No, in car camera would have the details of that vehicle so they can hunt him down later. R36 would have been the easy pray for that catch.. also to check out something different from the run of the mill Aussie mussle car.

yep dats rite lol.. they pull ova which would be the easier and since they have the plates they come to your hosue wen they r ready... it hapened to me last week
I was watching "The Force" last night and they had two morons caught doing 165 in a 70 zone. Falcodore Ute and a Skyline I think. Anyway, both admitted to being stupid. One guy's license had actually expired. The other guy was meant to be on P plates but didn't have them on show. The P plater also lost his license for 12 months, so that means he will lose his job as he needs to drive to customers daily for installations. He will also need to go through L's and P's all over again. Not sure, but sure but I think both cars were confiscated. Honestly, is it worth it?
On the other hand the charges and fines amounted to $450 - $700 each. That is not enough of a deterrent in my opinion. The guy who lost his job will need to have a good think about what it means to drive safely on the roads. I hope he values his license when he gets it back in 2-3 years.

I don't think there would have been that much of a difference at these speeds around suburban streets for the police to make a decision one way or the other as to which would be the easier catch. I would suggest that it was the luck of the draw that the R36 was the one that the police decided to pull over, but I guess we'll never really know.
