I have some pics but they seem to be too big to post here. Need to be less than about 100K i think.
I'll get some one to resize them for me so I can post a couple, but it just looks exacly the same as yours anyway!!!
Got dark tint (25%) all around today, looks pretty much the same as your tint too. I hope we never park next to each other, might take the wrong one home! lol
I have 1500klms on mine, gave it a real good workout on Sunday.
Drove up the Oxley Hwy from Wauhope. It has got to be one of Australia's best drives!!
It has 45klms of continuous 25 to 55klm/h signposted curves. Almost all good quality hotmix and a 100klm/h speed limit!!!At one stage I had a big bore sports bike come up from behind, but he was no compitition for the "all paw" in those tight curves, I just played with him and then blew him away.
Never had a car I could do that with before.
I really love the colour, it was worth the wait. I'll enjoy the exclusiveness of it for now, but I reckon it will become the most sort after colour once people see it.
I'll add some thoughts and observations another time.
Congrats olcoop. Always a good feeling to leave a bike behind.
That colour looks fantastic. In the pics it looks a little blueish. Is that accurate?
May have to reconsider my Biscay Blue choice. Glad I've still got time to.
On it own it appears grey however when I parked next to my mates grey r32 today, it had quite a blue tinge. In fact, it is a very unusal colour. Changes greatly in different light conditions.

I found exactly the same thing. My first impression was that is had that blueish tinge in bright light. But I even noticed a sort of greenish tinge, a bit like my Granite Passat only a lot darker, late in the afternoon.
I've never had a Pearl Effect paint job before. Does that cause the changing hues?
I had dinner outside a restaurant yesterday with the R36 parked accross the road, it changed colours alot in that 90 mins of changing light.
And yes Autopia, it is a great feeling leaving the bikes behind, I'd love to be a fly on the wall when he's telling his mates about this station wagon that he couldn't keep up with!!! lol
