    1974 VW Passat gear shifter issue

    Hi :
    I have a 1974 Passat B1 .
    1 - Having problem with 4th gear coming out gear . what is the problem ?
    2 - Shifter is lose and hard to select the gears . Where can I buy linkage bushes and repair kit ?

    Likely find the gear pop relates to the bushing issue

      Standard Passat issue, especially when going over a bump in the road.
