  • TPMS screen disappeared from MFD

    Hi all

My car is a 2015 CC 2.0T. The TPMS is the type that reads individual tyre pressures via sensors in each wheel. Accessing the tyre pressure screen on the MFD used to be 2 clicks left from speedo screen.

The TPMS gave me a warning yesterday morning that the right rear tyre was a little low. When I got into car in the afternoon, the TPMS screen was no longer available in the MFD - the tyre pressure screen has disappeared..

I have run a scan with my OBD tool (OBD Eleven), and system 65 says "System switched off". Comes up with fault code C106D00.

OBD tool seems to confirm that tyre pressure sensors are still working/operational.

Is there a way that the TPMS can be reactivated, or is it more likely that the TPMS module under the rear bumper has packed it in?

    Thanks in advance.

Update. Dropped tyre pressures to 20psi and then reinflated to correct pressures.
TPMS screen has reappeared in MFD.

Well....that's odd. Glad it sorted itself out though.
