If you are in the Castle Hill area then take it to either Eurowerke or German Performance Garage to be fixed - both these places are in Castle Hill.

I had issues with Denlo Volkswagen servicing at Parramatta, switched to an independent pretty quickly.

Parramatta Vehicle Services and Carbon Autohaus are another two great mechanics in your area I can vouch for.

Exoticars also have a good reputation but I have not used them.

I believe it requires removing the subframe and then re-pressing the bushing/mount back in using a press.. I looked at replacing mine with uprated solid mounts from 034 and their web page explains some installation details - Dogbone Mount Pair, Street Density, Volkswagen & Audi MQB And MQB EVO .. I ended up going with the RacingLine (upper+lower) insert, as installation was simpler (cheaper).

          INSTALLATION:
Installation of these mounts requires removal of the front subrame and the use of a press to remove and replace the dogbone mounts. For this reason, we recommend taking your vehicle to a reputable Audi/Volkswagen specialist for installation.
FYI - having just an upper or lower insert can cause uneven force, resulting in a failed mount... that's why I asked earlier if you'd had a single insert at some point.

Edit: as JustCruisn said, you'll want to replace all of the stretch bolts while the subframe is out. Also a good time to get an alignment/collar kit!

I've done the mount on a MK5, it is the same design.
The subframe comes out, onto the bench. Cut both top & bottom mounts out, press in the new ones.
Lots of new bolts required. Then a wheel alignment.
