Are they actually 'covers'? I would think a cover of any sort would mainly dull the light output?

They are laminix light covers, basically a stick on clear vinyl protector

I like the replacement head lights, not so sure about the yellow fog light covers....I'm more of a crystal white / blue light fan, but each to their own. What mod is next ?

They don't dull the light much, but its significantly more visible through fog

We didn't get the R Line Tiguan until well after facelift came out. 2015 was the earliest I believe.
