With the new Tiguan Model just around the corner, i'll be selling my current Tiguan.
Would be interested to know what people think the value of mods/upgrade are at sale etc, and if there is anyone on here interested?

2015 155TSI R-Line Tiguan - Reflex Silver / Vienna Leather / RNS 510 etc
Currently got 28k km on it - purchase price was $48k

About $10k of upgrades on it
APR ECU Software - $1500
APR Transverse Intercooler - $1500
APR Carbonio Stage II Intake & Pipe - $750
HP DSG Tune - $1500
3" 4Motion DownPipe Resonated 304 Stainless Street - $1250
HP Front and Rear Sway Bars - $900
HP Supaloy Lower Control Arms - $750
Black Pearl Tint $500
Hayman Reese Towbar $1000
GFB DV+/LED's/Badges - $350

APR Transverse Intercooler - $1500 - $500-$700 used less $300-$500 labour to remove
APR Carbonio Stage II Intake & Pipe - $750 - $300-$500
HP DSG Tune - $1500 - nil
3" 4Motion DownPipe Resonated 304 Stainless Street - $1250 - would fetch $700 if compatible for golf 6 R
HP Front and Rear Sway Bars - $900 - labour to remove front one and realignment not cheap - $300 used?
HP Supaloy Lower Control Arms - $750 - best to remove with the front sway bar - $300 used
Black Pearl Tint $500 - nil
Hayman Reese Towbar $1000 - could be a good feature for a SUV - most attractive mod to leave for the general market
GFB DV+/LED's/Badges - $350 - DV+ $80

that's what I think based on my habit of checking on the parts for sale threads for years

when I look at the valuations for my 2011 147TSI in private and trade in, it would fetch hardly any higher than $22k.... full rrp driveaway back then with leather, rns510, reverse camera, 18" new York, Bluetooth, etc.. was $54k.

Yeah I'd be interested in some of it too, intake, downpipe, hell I'd swap my ecu (also have a 155tsi) if that's an option

Getting close to delivery time for the new Tiguan so this one is up for sale!
I've listed on Car Sales, although due mainly to the labour costs, I've left the larger hardware mods on for the moment.
So not looking to part out the remainder, but for people on this forum who may be in the market for the vehicle, this is what is still fitted:

- APR Transverse Intercooler
- HP DSG Tune
- HP Front and Rear Sway Bars
- HP Supaloy Lower Control Arms

Im still keen to get it off you. Unless you are saving it for the new Tig.

Also do you know the exact thickness of those sway bars?
