VW Tiguan Eyelids

You could buy the eyelids from VW itself??

It's maybe std thing now, since we didn't pay for that extra. The car looks great with it and she got no. plate with 666 no. which suits her just right.

Hi Transporter (is your name Jason? ), are those eyelids actually part of the headlamp or something that has been stuck on? I'd be interested to see if VW actually sells that as a part and if it would fit on the older model. Also strange they're not colour coded to the car but to the grill instead.

Also have you get any more pictures from further away and different angles please?

They're part of headlamp lens, it looks like dark grey coloured dye in that upper edge.

Oh!!! They're on the inside of the headlamps! They're quite nice actually!

You could perhaps try and DIY it with a can of spray on tint and masking tape.

I don't recommend eating it, although my two year old (hence the Elmo placemat) looked tempted...



I just took the few with the good old phone - I will get out and take a few more tomorrow with the spare set in place (temporarily) tomorrow. It looks like they will follow the crease from the front quarter panel through to the grill.

BTW people, this is the place I got them from. Fantastic service from Frank (the manager I believe) and a sincere willingness to help - even through I had massive issues with Paypal etc. he kept communication up and followed through with the very well packed deal.

They don't have a huge amount of Tiguan stock, however we all know about the interchangeability of VW stuff...

It was absolutely bucketing down yesterday and after I dropped Pullstarter's eyelids off and wrangled the kids it was too late / too hard to get any more pics.

I did order a spare set if you are interested? All up they came to $70au per set.
