U got yours already? Any photos to put up on its 'raw' state? How much sanding needs to be done? If sanding, what grade sandpaper do u use...?

Hi mate, well I got mine from RDX and the finishing wasn't as good as I had expected considering these cost £50 GBP delivered from Germany. The surfaces are all ok it's just the edging which has been poorly cut as the lines aren't straight in places so I'll have to spend some time shaving bits off here and there to make sure the lines are all straight and there are no chunks missing. Here is what I mean...











I've also taken some pictures of them on the car as they are but not uploaded yet. They fit quite close to the hood/bonnet so when you shut it they fall off (as not glued) so this tells me they are touching it. I think if I trim them down and leave a small gap it should be ok. I'm changing my headlamps over to bi-xenons a few months time so these will go on them rather than the halogens I have now.

Thanks for the photos Naresh. I see what u mean by the unevenness and and rough bits at the edges. And also equally surprised at the German quality. I'm anxious to see how mine looks like.

Yours are slightly flexible it appears?

Like urself, I'm waiting for my aftermarket headlamps in March. So they won't go on until then.

Hi mate what headlamps are you getting?

The plastic is slightly flexible yes. These are also sold by Kamei so not sure who has the best quality. Needless to say mine will need some additional work to perfect them before painting but I think they are subtle enough to look good.

I'm getting a set of HID's w DRL's from China. collecting it when I go to Singapore in March.

Keep us posted of how u manage to trim ur eyelids and how u get them painted.
