Funny thing is, I have repeatedly told them not to wash it, but they still do it!

I had asked the manager of service to be personally rsponsible for the key too...so God knows how the car washer got hold of it!

When you tell them not to wash your car, you also have to tell them the reason why. The best is to tell that you have a very expensive wax system on your car and you hate the swirl marks and that you check for them after every wash.

Some dealers could have the touch free car wash and that could be even worst. I saw the Jeep (not ours) going in such a car wash, very dirty and within less than 1 minute it was sparkling clean. I rang the Chemtech rep. and ask about it and his answer was, mate, you really wouldn't want that chemical on your car.

Yep, but at then end of the day, If we ask them reepeatedly not to wash it, we should not have to give a reason.
        My car, my choice...

But i see your point Transporter.

I did actually tell them (truthfully) that it had just been polished and waxed two days earlier...AS THEY COULD TELL IF THEY OPENED THEIR EYES AND LOOKED AT IT FIRST.....
