Did a little rugged forest road driving to 4200 feet altitude for a hike. This is a very capable climber with good ground clearance. Love that 4Motion! Also got 29mpg over 100 miles each way (not including the mountain climb).
DieselTig Try this sitehttp://tinypic.com/, it seems easy enough to use, it took me forerver to get off my ass and upload some pics, now I ahve a backlog of every Tiguan photo i could get off the web ,stock and modified.
Gotta admit that the mountain grey looks great. Seems the clear coat is done really well with that colour, it almost looks fluid. Mountain grey with a nice set of wheels definitely looks striking.
whoa, that's my car! I'd like to keep the VW grill emblem, but I didn't think I liked the dark headlights, but that looks the duck's guts! (now where did I see those for sale again?). What's most interesting is I was thinking of painting my lower front skirt white too and getting rid of the black. Has the effect of increasing the aggressive front stance and lowering the body height. Might just do the whole lot after seeing this!
Off to Super Expensive on Sat for a couple of cans of white plastic paint!
At last I managed to get away from work and picked my new Tig. Absolutely brilliant machine. Just for your information I have the following extras:
Black Leather
Sunroof
Fog lights
Bi-Xenons
18" New Yorks
Comfort Package
Off-Road tech
Adaptive Chassis Control (love this, it really works)
Tinted windows
Bluetooth
Scuff Plates
I spent a bit of time driving this baby and it handles brilliantly and adaptive damping works a treat.
