I didn't want to believe that was done for real because it looks horrid! A close up of the headlamps shows some overlap of blue at the top headlamp and engine hood join which made me think it was photoshopped.
It's certainly different!

First I thought it looks nice, but it actually makes it look cheapish imho and the 2nd shot from the side just makes it look like a crappy people mover from Kia....my opinion
The offset does seem to push the front wheels out a fraction despite the flares so I'm contemplating removing the 20mm spacers and replacing with 10mm all round. This will then allow me to lower it in the future if necessary without the risk of catching the arches on bumps.

A couple of pics from last weekend next to a standard R Line...
The Omanyt wheels still look good but these are so much easier to clean and I prefer the 5 spoke design. Just wish they were available in 20 inch as they would look even better with lower profile tyres.

Look stunning!! I saw one in person on a RS5, look so macho. Much easier to clean than the Savannah I reckon. Where did you source the wheels from?
I say, remove the spacer all together and lower it.
Thanks. I'm in the UK so bought the wheels locally. Depending on where you are they are also available from hartmann wheels in Canada. The main thing is you'll need a low offset to keep them looking flush with the arches and the wider design allows for the nice concave look. Original R Line Omanyt wheels were 19x9 et33. These are 19x8.5 et28 so they sit only 1.6mm further in than the OEM wheels but with the 20mm spacers they look mean!
The 20mm spacers are coming off soon to be replaced with 15mm all round and I'll then consider lowering it by about an inch max.

Are you planning on doing this with coilovers? Have found the Eibach springs to be a really good mod for a slight lowering (~30mm) & improved handing characteristics.
