    Got an email from my dealer recently about performing a 6m service.

    "[Dealer Name] Volkswagen recommends that you carry out a 6 monthly supplementary service on your Volkswagen TIGUAN.

    This is not a substitute but compliments your annual scheduled services. If your vehicle does not have a current Roadside Assistance policy, please ask one of our service advisors for details about our Free Roadside assistance program."

    They want $195 to "change the fluids and apply any software updates".

    Anyone done or planning to have a 6 monthly service?

    Unlikely I will be putting my car in.

          Money grab unless your vehicle is used under any of the "severe service" conditions listed in your handbook.

                  Yep they are the worst dealership in Perth.

                  I went there just on the day adventure was announced that the sales guy didn’t even care what I was after.

                  Good customer services comes when staff working genuinely care about customer or product they sell. the impression I always get at Ossy park dealership is that they don’t care and are only willing to speak to me if in any way shape or form I can help them achieve their targets..
